Mind is the control room of our embodied spirit. The mind uses the brain as an instrument in the control room to regulate our bodies. No one has seen the mind but it does exist as God is. Without a mind, the brain avoids working and start rusting.
Mind motivates us to mould our future, It makes us achieve deep-seated goals. It is like a person in Air Traffic control (ATC) directs the pilot in the plane to reach its destination. Mind is the person in the control room of our being. Using the brain directs us to reach our ultimate destination. The mind makes us perceive our mistakes magnificently, It has the power to replace the guilt from our hearts. As the saying goes "To err is human and to forgive is divine." As humans, we are bound to err while the mind possesses the divine power to purify the brain and heart.
Rishis in the Himalayan region could withstand Poland sitting for mediation for hours in an open-air. Fire walker could walk across the glowing red hot charcoal at ease, This is the power of the mind. Mind numbs the fish, removes every obstacle of discomfort and pain and helps one to go beyond self to achieve one's goal.

Never underestimate the power of the mind for the mind is unlimited and has the magical power to make you achieve near impossible dreams.
